Description

The world of Online Publishers is changing dramatically but one thing remains the same: search is the gateway to audiences. Are you sure your business is doing everything it can to secure the right audience and maximise revenue from search?

Recent IAB research into the use of search marketing by Online Publishers identified a number of key techniques most publishers aren’t using that could significantly increase revenue, such as PPC for subscription sites, branding, ensuring a base level of SEO knowledge and identifying tools to help plan content and measure success. In answer, the IAB Search Council has produced a Search Toolkit for Online Publishers that offers useful techniques and tools to help publisher use of search.

Come to this one-off event to receive a copy of the Search Toolkit for Online Publishers, insightful presentations from some of its authors explaining the techniques to increase revenue in more detail, networking and a dee-lish free breakfast!

Speakers include:

Jack Wallington, IAB Search Council Chair
- the importance of Online Publishers looking to new search techniques

Colm Bracken, Group Search Manager, Microsoft market insights
- information about the publisher market to help marketers use search

Emma Frazer, Industry Head, Google
- search marketing techniques every Online Publisher should consider.

Daniel Wilkinson, Search Director, JellyFish
- Timeout case study explaining how to use PPC to generate revenue from a subscription site alongside an advertising model.
