This year we’ve seen a slew of investments by VCs into tech companies, so we thought it about time to return to this topic.

As well as discussing and explaining clearly the key terms demanded by VCs, we’ll be looking at where we see the market is headed and what terms we think investee companies should be signing up to and what to do when there are existing investors in the mix as well.

This year has also seen increasing use of convertible debt and we’ll give you our take on using it as a substitute for equity investment – as well as explaining the key terms of those deals.
