Kevin Ryan takes a tour through some of his experiences in the
application of Kanban in IT solution development. This session describes
what Kanban is and how it has helped to support organisations achieve
lean agile delivery.
Kevin explores explores how we use Kanban to manage the flow of
work to release the capacity of IT development teams, and we also look
out how visualisation and defined workflows support a positive and
productive relationship between development teams, project management
and programme management.
Finally we take a look at the ‘IT Kanban Toolkit’ and how we can
use this to recognise and address common issues in IT development
pipeline.
