Description
This 3-day course is a must for any developer wishing to learn the best Agile practices. Jon Jagger will show you which tricks of the trade to implement to build better software. You will gain practical skills ranging from fine-tuning Scrum with Lean thinking to exploring Extreme Programming practices such as TDD and pair programming. You'll become a true software craftsman.
You will learn how to put concepts into practice and describe how to carry out TDD (Test Driven Development) effectively. You will complete exercises in Good Unit Tests (GUT's) and Behavioural testing based on propositions. The course is delivered through a combination of lectures, discussion and practical exercises in pairs.
