In this one-day fun workshop, you will learn programming and a range of related skills by building a clone of Flappy Bird. You will learn the essentials to create the game: introduction to coding, building a simple interface and working with user interaction. You will do this in Javascript, a programming language which is used all over the web and everywhere in the industry.
What you will learn
You will learn the essentials of programming in Javascript in a fun and practical way through several modules. You will also learn industry-relevant software development methodologies.
You don't need any prior programming experience. This workshop is designed for people who are curious about coding and want to learn about it in a fun way. The workshop is suitable for anyone 14+ years old.
