London Food Tech Week is the world’s largest week-long celebration, showcase and collaboration of the companies and trends that are transforming Food Tech and the future of food. Running from 17-21 October, the week is all about bringing together big and small players to tackle challenges in food and agriculture: startups, creators, innovators, entrepreneurs, industry-leading brands and investors. Designed to educate, foster partnerships, grow your network and help businesses enhance their impact on Food Tech; London has never been hungrier for disruption.
London Food Tech Week will be a creative hub where visitors can explore topics such as lab-grown meat; How data, blockchain and artificial intelligence can help deliver better solutions for the hospitality industry; Traceability, transparency and packaging solutions, and the potential of 3D printing food through a series of inspirational talks and debates, immersive technology experiences and new product showcases.
Wednesday 19 October will be dedicated to The Power of Digital and Consumer Engagement with digital and social media masterclasses, fireside chats with top influencers The Food Busker and the legendary SORTEDFoods and experiential events including the Supermarket of the Future and a Multi Sensory Drinks Evening.
