What is it?

The YFood Insight & Innovation Day is the fastest way to get to grips with the rapidly evolving Food Tech landscape. Get the insights and inspiration you need to navigate this exciting industry and come away understanding the market opportunities and scope for growth within. You'll be exposed to some of the key trends, innovations and players shaping the future of the food ecosystem. Be introduced to and interact with leading Food Tech startups and ones to watch and meet up and coming food producers.

The day is going to be a mega event with Dr Morgaine Gaye, the Food Futurologist, sharing her insights on where the future of food is heading and how tech plays a part, Arthur Kay, the Founder of Bio Bean, talking about the feasibility of coffee wastage to power cities and Guillaume Taylor, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Quadia talking about their latest Food Tech investment. We'll be hosting an insect cocktail bar and have food & drink from the likes of Cru Kafe, Tiny Leaf, Growing Underground, Joe & Seph's. You can see the full line up here and we're announcing more every day.

There'll be investors pitching about their latest startup investments in our signature Pitch the Startup series. Brands and Startups will come together to show their incredible collaborations. Our 2nd YFood Talks series, titled “Farm-Fork-Bin-Grave”, will introduce you to 6 amazing and inspiring startups dedicating their lives to fundamentally shifting the Future of Food, including FoPo, who make fruit and veggie powders made from surplus food and Huel, a nutritionally complete food subscription service.
