Lots of folks have been asking about this:
I ordered my copy of the subject book from Amazon.Com this past Friday
afternoon, the 25th of Feb. It arrived via US Mail today, Monday the 28th
of Feb. Of course, I live in Seattle!
I'll let you know what I think of the book after I have had a chance to
digest it.
