Offered a choice between 'Whizz bang fun site' and 'Inferior boring site
for people who have no friends' (or something along those lines) of course
people are going to choose the former if they have Flash.

That doesn't mean what they're getting is better than what they'd get if
the site's builders had spent their time producing one site everyone could
use rather than making some text spin round.
