Subject: UKNM: Instant Credit when shopping over net?

I have been looking at http://www.fwnet.co.uk which is the UK web site for
JD Williams. They operate a home shopping service in the UK. If you go
through to become a registered user, and then try to purchase goods they
automatically credit your account with £100 to spend. You don't have to
register your credit card details either to ensure payment. I have never
come across a service which operates e-com in this fashion. my questions
are:

1. Is this open to massive fraud? (the only check I can see is that your
address matches your post code)
2. If someone logs on as you and places an order, are you liable?
3. Is this a good idea for getting new online customers?
4. Has anyone seen a similar model to this?
