 What it covers

Successful project managers have to deal with mixed teams all with different roles and responsibilities, tight budgets and deadlines as well as managing the excitement and expectations of others. They need a project management style that can be adapted to match the diverse range of tasks they are expected to undertake.

This course has been designed to guide delegates through the often challenging world of digital project management and production leaving them with adaptable skills that can be applied to any web project they might be tasked with.
