Come and join us down on the Ribena farm...

We’ll be sharing our experiences of developing multi-platform on-and-offline social media activity for Ribena, and discussing the challenges of communicating as an iconic and well-loved British brand.

The Brass presentation will cover:

  • Mapping the online landscape of a target audience (in this case mums) and identifying platforms
  • Content planning: matching the brand’s desires with consumer interest
  • Creating engaging, interactive content
  • Working with a niche social audience (Mumsnet)
  • Social media monitoring, management and evaluation: proactive and reactive content streams
  • Overall campaign evaluation, including traditional media elements
  • Learnings and how we’re applying these to our 2011 planning.
